My name is Dr. Antoinette Brunasso, I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in Glendale, CA. I am passionate about helping my clients find a solid sense of self, while staying emotionally connected with others. I believe that when someone gets to know themselves on a deeper level they are better able to live the life they choose to live. It takes much courage to ask for help. As a psychologist, I strive to create a safe, genuine, supportive, and compassionate environment in which together a lasting positive change can be made within yourself and your relationships.
It is always a privilege to be present during a person's or family's journey towards healing and growth. I have training and experience in working with couples, families, and individual adults with life transitions, anxiety, loss & grief, chronic illness, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems.
Through mutual collaboration we will get to know you, your relationships, and how to create meaningful and lasting change in your life. My approach to helping my clients through their journey is primarily from a differentiation family systems perspective. Together we can help you find and maintain internal balance while achieving the life you want.
